De-lighthouse Homes Ltd is part of De-Lighthouse Home care service. Registered and regulated service with Care Quality Commission (CQC). Providing quality and professional home care (known as Domiciliary care) Agency and support service in the local community.
We offer care and support services to individuals with physical and learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, Autisms, Dementia, mental and sensory health needs from the age of 0 – 18 and 65 years and above. We provide a caring atmosphere to ensure our clients live their full potential within a comfortable environment in their own homes. Our care is personalised and tailored to meet the needs of our clients.
We also understand that only through integration, personalisation and responding to the wishes and needs of the service user that use our services remain effective.

Our Staff
Our staff undergoes a robust recruitment process by the recruitment by the recruitment administrator. It is our policy that all our staffs must satisfy the following prior to taking employment staff. We have rigorous recruitment and selection procedure in place to safeguard services user and provide the kind of personalised and responsive support that enables our client to be successfully reside in the community and working together with other health and social care professionals.
Our care assistant/support worker, who are trained to a very standard have a wide range of relevant skills, qualifications and experience. Also undergo an enhance DBS/CRB check. We also provide continual mandatory training and induction.
The team at Delighthouse Homes are just amazing. The support provided by the office team and the carers was always up to standard.
Staff are very caring and it’s a well-run business. De-Lighthouse Homes looked after my mother. They preserved and cared for her well.
We did have quite a variety of different helpers. All the carers were excellent and very kind to Mum, she enjoyed having them. I felt very safe leaving Mum in their care and certain they would always turn up even in bad weather or difficult times.
De-Lighthouse Homes are a joy to work with. They dealt with the minor issues we had promptly and they welcome feedback. They were very flexible and patient with us and they were willing to go the extra mile.
